This Super Bowl Weekend, you can settle for the traditional chips and dip or you can bring your celebration to life with some flame-grilled BBQ – all while supporting a great organization.
This Februrary 3rd and 4th, the Knights of Peter Claver Father Manuel Williams Council #345 will host their annual Super Bowl BBQ fundraiser on the campus of Resurrection Catholic Missions of the South, Inc. Each slab of ribs is $21 and each pan of grilled chicken wings (14 per pan) is $21. Orders may be picked up Saturday (February 3) any time after 12 p.m. or Sunday (February 4) following Mass.
