School is officially out for summer, which means many of Montgomery’s youngest residents are left with limited educationally enriching and affordable ways to spend the months ahead of the new school year.

For the second year in a row, during the month of June, Resurrection Catholic School is offering parents the opportunity to send their students to a program focused on keeping them engaged in education while preparing for the school year ahead. Developed in 2018 in hopes of keeping students ahead of the educational curve while, hopefully, avoiding the summer “brain drain”, the Resurrection Catholic School Math and Reading Summer Enrichment Program also hopes to help students close gaps, strengthen weaknesses, and retain viable skills.

Resurrection Catholic School’s Math and Reading Summer Enrichment Program is geared toward students heading to grades K-8 and will run from June 10 through June 28, Monday through Friday. Free breakfast and lunch will be served daily, and students’ days will be balanced between educational sessions and recreational activities as well.

Cost of the summer enrichment program is $75 per student, $100 for two students, and $125 for three or more students. All fees must be paid the Friday before week of classes or in full at time of registration. If fees are not paid accordingly, your student’s seat will be held until the weekly fee is paid.
